My Mud Pie pillow is not expanding properly. How can I fix this?Updated 11 hours ago

All of our pillows arrive with the pillow's insert vacuum sealed inside of the pillow cover and then vacuum sealed again as a whole. Please see the following steps and video for how to properly unpack your Mud Pie pillows! 

Step 1: Open your Mud Pie shipping box and remove your new favorite pillow(s) 

Step 2: Carefully cut the edge of the vacuum sealed plastic that is surrounding the entire item

Step 3: Unzip the pillow cover and remove the vacuum sealed pillow insert from the pillow cover

Step 4: Carefully cut the edge of the vacuum sealed plastic that is surrounding the pillow insert 

Step 5: Place the pillow insert back inside the pillow cover, zip, fluff and place in its new spot!
