At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please start a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

If you received the item as a gift, we recommend reaching out to the original retailer directly to review their return or exchange policy. If the gift was purchased from mudpie.com, the original billing customer will need to contact us directly to start the return process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• New and unused
• Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
• Returned with original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging with all included components

Please note that FINAL SALE items and personalized products are not eligible for return.

After your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is delivered to our warehouse.

Return Fee:
A $7 returns fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling costs.
